When you are part of the Farmers Union Cooperative team, you’ll find that we’ll work with you to reach your goals and put you in a position to succeed.
We take a long-term view of success, and we enthusiastically invest in our employees to get there. We work with each individual to put together a plan for career growth, including training and education.
You’ll find that the people here enjoy new tasks and challenges. And though we have numerous locations, we are all one cooperative. We work together and look to help one another to best serve our patrons.

Community Spirit
Farmers Union is an important part of the communities we serve, and we encourage our people to take an active role in local causes that are close to their hearts.
We support food pantries, FFA, dairy and beef associations, local fairs, fire departments and more. We encourage community organizations to talk to us about how we can help.
Scholarships and internships
We sponsor annual scholarships for students in the communities we serve, and we encourage high school seniors to apply.
We also welcome internships, and we are looking to grow additional opportunities for interns. Please contact us for more information, and we’ll talk about how we can create an internship that works for your career ambitions.
