Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values lower on Choice and steady on Select on light to
moderate demand and moderate offerings. Select and Choice rib, chuck, and
round cuts steady to weak. Choice loin cuts weak while Select firm. Beef 
trimmings sharply higher on good demand and light offerings.
